Is it possible to upgrade it from template 10 to WinTS( Windows Template Studio.)
Currently, there is no official document about this. You might need to create a new Windows Template Studio application and move the code from your old project into the new project.
Besides, this question is more suitable to ask in the TemplateStudio Github Issues..
