Voucher issues

Hello,

I have tried to book an AZ-900 exam using the voucher MSA48D19176C.
However, when I was about to finalize the booking, my internet went down. When I managed to login again, I was no longer able to use the voucher to book my exam and I get a message saying that the voucher has been already used once and is no longer valid.

Can I please have help with this? Hoe do I go bout booking the exam using the voucher?
