Azure Support ignoring emails

I raised a service request some weeks ago regarding some unexpected billing, which resulted in a support agent telling me that he was willing to waive the charges on my invoice. He told me to email him back on the date the invoice was generated, which I did but received no reply after several attempts over the past week.

I have even tried emailing his manager, but am being ignored. Not really sure what to do from here - does anyone have any ideas?
