I would have your admin check your message tracking logs first.

Sending emails through SendGrid does not reach my company's employees. We use Office 365. I set up a free SendGrid account to work with our customers' Firewall. The SendGrid account is associated with the email a@keyman .com and needs to be triggered in case of link problems or successful backups to b@keyman .com and c@keyman .com, No emails sent by SendGrid reach us.
