Permissions for Office 365 Spam Quarantine and feedback to microsoft

Question

I have followed the steps of this article to gave access for help desk teams to release quarantined emails. It works. However, they can´t see the option to send a feedback to Microsoft to improve the accuracy. I suppose that its related to an another permissions. Does anyone can help?

The article you referred to in the post is a Technet community post. When I checked the post, it is locked by the moderator.

So, a Locked Thread is a special post that does not allow replies. Only a Moderator can lock posts. The challenge is no way to contact moderators.

The post has some references to the docs articles. If you have any feedback on these articles, you can share it by going down to the page and selecting the appropriate button under the feedback section.

that article is pretty old.
Instead, use this one and give them Quarantine Admin if you want the ability to take action on the quarantine emails:

@Andy David - MVP , hi, thanks for your reply.
I gave that permission to an user. He already can manage the quarantine itens, release or delete the messages. However, he can´t send the messages to Microsoft avaliation. I thing there is another permission i have to give him.
