Autoruns 14.09 not showing user startup group file

There is a physical file with no extension sitting right in the folder named: QTTabBar Desktop Extension StartUp.QTTabGroup
Unchecking all items so that empty locations show and Microsoft entries show this still does not show. Autoruns was started with Admin rights and it's on the local User as well and still not shown.
That is a BUG
Windows file explorer shows the file so no special hidden features for the file either. Autoruns simply does not see or show it being there. When Windows starts though the user is asked what program they want to use to open this file.
If you right-click the folder and select Jump to Entry it opens Windows file explorer and shows the file is there, but it is not shown in Autoruns
