Move document fold from C drive to D drive error

I am trying to move my pictures and document folders from my C drive to my D drive since there is a lot more space on the D drive. When I go to properties, location, and choose the D drive (and my new document/picture folders in that drive) then click apply and okay to move them an error comes up. The error says "Can't move the folder because there is a folder in the same location that can't be redirected." How do I fix this? I upgrade to windows 11 hoping that would fix the problem but it is still coming up.

    Consider right click copy on the folder in C: > paste to a folder in D:
