See if you can find HP supported drivers and BIOS.
These were all of the drivers involved in the memory dump crash:
IDSvia64.sys Norton AV
atikmdag.sys AMD GPU
atikmpag.sys AMD GPU
rtwlanu.sys NETGEAR A6150 WiFi USB 2.0 Adapter
Find replacement drivers for:
a) AMD GPU
b) Netgear A6150 WiFi USB 2.0 Adapter
The BIOS is very old: Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 6.12, 12/07/2010
If you are able to find HP supported BIOS upgrades then upgrade the BIOS.
(I was not able to find any HP support for this computer using the SKU )
It may be possible that you can find support using the serial number, ID, etc.)
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
Another HP option is to try their HP Support Assistant software.
(This again may not find older products and their drivers / BIOS)

Please perform the following steps:
1) Uninstall Norton software using the applicable uninstall tool:
https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v60392881
Make sure that Microsoft Defender is on.
2) Find a replacement driver for Rtwlanu.sys > best sources HP or component manufacturer
NETGEAR A6150 WiFi USB 2.0 Adapter

https://community.netgear.com/t5/WiFi-Adapters/bd-p/home-wifi-adapters
3) Uninstall and Reinstall AMD GPU drivers:
a) Uninstall everything AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and install new drivers from the HP or AMD website
b) If you use the AMD website make sure that the "clean install" box is checked and only install the graphics driver
4) Reinstall Norton AV or use Microsoft Defender after reinstalling the above drivers
