Using VS 2022 Community Ed on X64 Win 10 Machine
Building a Blank App C# XAML Windows UWP Desktop
I enter no code of my own but immediately attempt a Build and get
Build Succeeded then I attempt to Run and get DEP0800 error

No clue as to what to do !

If it is, please connect IT checking current policy.
