Hi @huy ton ,
You could try to add it as legacy hardware.
You can also reset BIOS to its defaults.

Hi,
On my Lenovo T5 28IMB05 running windows 11, realtek audio driver suddenly disappears today. The device no longer appears in device manager. I've checked windows updates and check for updated drivers. The latest windows update was 8 days ago, and windows and device drivers are up to date. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling audio drivers. I downloaded latest realtek driver again from Lenovo website and reinstalled it. Nothing works. Please help.
Thanks
Maybe you can try with a free tool to check/update drivers
like Driver Booster or other

Try Hardware/ Audio troubleshooter.
If it fails to detect then there is in-built diagnostic tool of Lenovo. Run that. If it doesn't resolve then visit the nearest support center of Lenovo.
