Hi @admin-d365 VCB , In the event of a possible outage, some users may need to restart their services in order to obtain new tokens and metadata. If you are still unable to see resources in portal.azure.com, please access the portal via canary.portal.azure.com.
Also, please make sure you do not have any domains blocked, such as from this thread.
