databricks workspace security

Question

Hello,
I have created notebooks in several areas of the workspace as follows.

For example:
1-
Workspace, shared, test1Notebook
2-
Users, my email address, test2Notebook
Workspace, created folder named Test and then under that created notebook called wfoldernametest3Notebook

Question:
Who is able to see my notebooks in the above hierarchies?

Hello @arkiboys

It will depend on the access level that you have provided to the user, there are five permission levels and to provide access controls you need to have Azure Databricks Premium Plan

Below link will show you who can see what based on the access that you have provided with Admin having access to all notebook, be it in user folder or shared
