AZ-900 - Technical Issue

I was schedules to take me Microsoft AZ-900 Certification Exam on March 20th(4am AEDT).

I did all the system pre-checks and uploaded my Identity and exam space picture and placed on queue for the protractor to load my exam.

When it was time to be given the exam, the protractor said they were unable to see my video feed, as the feed was showing a blue screen. I was asked to close the exam application and re-open but still they were unable to see my video feed.

I was told a case was opened(Case number - 07738059), and I will be contacted but still no contact yet as I was told the exam will be re-scheduled.

Can you pls help to resolve this issue so I can take my exam?
