    Thanks Emilyhua.

    I've tried few configurations among which I can recall three of them as:

    <Configuration>
    <Add OfficeClientEdition="64" Channel="Current">
    <Product ID="O365BusinessRetail">
    <Language ID="en-us" />
    </Product>
    </Add>
    </Configuration>

    I've checked the windows update status which shows all up to date.

    I'll check the click-to-run status and try to create administrator user to install.

    I'll post once I've tried.

    Thanks.

    <Configuration>
    <Add OfficeClientEdition="64" Channel="Current">
    <Product ID="O365ProPlusRetail">
    <Language ID="en-us" />
    </Product>
    </Add>
    </Configuration>

    <Configuration>
    <Add OfficeClientEdition="64" Channel="Current">
    <Product ID="O365ProPlusRetail">
    <Language ID="en-us" />
    <ExcludeApp ID="Publisher" />
    </Product>
    </Add>
    </Configuration>

    Hi @IanJin-4388

    Welcome to Q&A forum ~

    > Tried online install, Office deployment tool, off line img,

    Could you please share us with the configuration file (.xml)? If there is any private information, please cover it.

    Please make sure the "Microsoft Office Click-to-Run Service" is enabled on your machine.

    It's recommended to go to Settings > Windows Update, check whether there us any Winodws updates can intsall.

    I also suggest you create a new local administrator account, then sign into this new Windows account to install Office.

    Any updates, welcome to post back.
