After waiting 6 weeks for Microsoft Agents as they attempted to recommend a replacement for my long-standing Assure 24/7 support contract - I pursued her Azure link and subscribed for free Azure support.
My first question to an Azure contract why was 'Windows' and 'Microsoft Office' not amongst the automatic options suggested by their online contact form?
Siddhesh old me it wasn't a normal service they normally provided.
Like with every encounter with Microsoft Office onlin agents - he was polite. But this guy was determined and followed up very quickly by suggesting several links.

After Microsoft Billing had written saying this servie had been discontinued - I was shocked and asked Siddhesh to confirm that this was indeed a valid Microsoft website and selling:
