Azure account: what is the cost of windows support per incident?

Azure support tells me that my current 'Assure' 24/7 support service is being replaced.
For 7 years I have paid an annual fee of around £85.00
In this time I have used the service around 4 times - and the problems were all based around the Windows configuration.

When I needed the service I have had 110% service at all levels of support - and sometimes for up to hours per incident....

Please, how much is your Azure contract annual cost likely to be?

    After waiting 6 weeks for Microsoft Agents as they attempted to recommend a replacement for my long-standing Assure 24/7 support contract - I pursued her Azure link and subscribed for free Azure support.

    My first question to an Azure contract why was 'Windows' and 'Microsoft Office' not amongst the automatic options suggested by their online contact form?
    Siddhesh old me it wasn't a normal service they normally provided.
    Like with every encounter with Microsoft Office onlin agents - he was polite. But this guy was determined and followed up very quickly by suggesting several links.

    This webpage begins "Peace of mind starts here" and immediately beneath offers "Assure Software Support" - One-year software support via chat or phone - BUY NOW!

    After Microsoft Billing had written saying this servie had been discontinued - I was shocked and asked Siddhesh to confirm that this was indeed a valid Microsoft website and selling:
    Assure Technical Support:
    One year of Microsoft software support
    Support for Microsoft software on up to 5 personal devices
    * Get help online via phone or chat.

    I immediately purchased Microsoft 365 Family
    Up to six people
    £79.99/year
    * Billed annually

    I now understand that I have a Microsoft contract that takes over from my previous Assure contact to provide 24/7 tech support over my Windows and Microsoft Office products.

    I pass this information on for others who are in need of 24/7 support.
