Hi all,

Is it possible to create email address in office 365 which users can user without being tracked, I mean that someone don't know who send email from that address.

Scenario is like this: We need email address which users will user for Alarm Notifications so when I send email from that email address that recipient don't know that I send it.

If we have shared mailbox - people will be able to find out who has access and who sent email from it. Can we use power automate or something like that so that recipient is alarm notification not me or any other user.

Ok, those were just examples. If that doesn't work for you, look at sending anonymously using powershell.

It could be a completely phony email address..

If you want "anonymous", I would send from outside Exchange, yes.
From Power Automate or any scripting process that simply sends the notifications through office 365.

    Hi,

I created a instant flow and it is working fine with gmail connector. It is crazy that MS will deprecate own connector for this. Now the last part of the pussel is can I create a flow that will trigger this connector when clicking on the link (which will probably be on a website)?
