Hi all,

I have a VPS running from within an Azure account. The VPS is still running, but I can't RDP into it because our ISP changed our static IP address without warning. Now I need to get into that Azure account but I don't have the credentials, and the original owner of the account is not responding.

Is there anyway I can regain access to that account?

Hi @Tim Bauwens • You can reach out to support via a support ticket by calling customer service number for your country/region. However, they engage the Data Protection Team, which requires some evidence that will prove your ownership of the Azure Account and unblock you. If you don't have any evidence of your ownership of the Azure Account, the only option is to get in touch with the account owner.
