Using Externalcall in data flow, geocoding by Atlas Map

Dear All,
I developed a data flow to use Externalcall for Geocoding my Records using Atlas Map, but I get always this error message: DFExecutorUserError, the Activity ID is: 77fe5adf-7f7c-412e-82fe-3f5e6499fd67, in the linked service when I check the connectivity it gets successful but testing connectivity from Externalcall gets the error. could you please help me what is the reason?

Note: when I use pipeline activity and use the Atlas Map as the source of a Copy Data action it's working without any problem but I need this in Data Flow,

As I understand, you are able to utilize "Atlas Map" in copy activity with REST source, but you got a "connection reset" error when you tried to use the same dataset/linked service in Data Flow external call activity.

"Connection reset" tends to be caused by a network issue, and retrying usually works. Has this happened more than once?

If this happens every time, and retrying after a minute doesn't help, we can escalate this to internal support for deeper investigation.
