Hello Teams Community,
Please i need your help on this.
Some of our users are getting their Teams Account logout from Polycom Device ( X30, X50 automatically)
I don't know what might be the cause.
Here is the error
Error code 530002, 530003, getting connecting error when we press continue login

Could you sign in again to access the Polycom Device normally?
Meanwhile, it appears to happen once the screen locks and the device goes to sleep. It probably is related to battery optimisation. If so, you should turn off the battery optimizationfor the Company Portal app, otherwise this option will stop the company app on the background after few minutes.

What is your organization compliance requirements?
Your error message seems different from the first time now. I checked this error message and it looks like related to your device settings. It recommends you check if your contact with the Polycom device supporter to get more support from it.
Meanwhile, you could also try to enable flagging to reproduce this issue to see if there is any new information from it.
