I have added a PC to the AD user logon to . User is restricted to logon to any other pc , this works fine , But service now (a ticketing tool) application is unable to authenticate after this .
When i will remove logon workstations to and revert back to allowed all computers it works fine.
Service now is cloud based tool.
I have tried to add the DC to which my account is authenticating but still issue exists.
what else can i try?

Service now application is failing for Authentication : based in cloud
Identity device which redirects the url from IDAM to service now : Are appliances not the servers
We have ADFS which is load balanced : But we also staged group in cloud where we have added few users and for these users Authentication is happening via azure cloud.
The test i have performed for mix set of users : Auth happening via ADFS and via cloud
In both set of users auth fails . I know there will be more set of servers and users we may have to identify which applications they might be accessing but how to proceed with this.
