M365 - Unblock Option

Hi All,

Need some suggestion on the below please

We are trying to test the unlock/unblock option in M365 admin center. As understood, once the user gets locked message after entering multiple times. The block option turns to unblock option, is this correct

I tested using an account but its not converting to Unblock, is there anything missing. Please suggest

    Those are different functionalities. If you block the user via the admin tools, the status will change as shown below:

    However, the automatic "lock" that happens after a user enters invalid credentials too many times is a different functionality, and not exposed in the admin center. You will only be able to see information as part of the sign-in logs.
