Vm creation issue

Not able to create VM as size of VM is not available.

Not all templates are allowed by all subscription types.

Are you using free subscription?

If so, try to use different size or different region

Go to https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/overview

Clic on

And complete the form, with something like this

After that click on

And complete troubleshooting guide.
