Autopilot fails at 0x800705b4 only on virtual machines

I have this problem on Hyper-V virtual machines only, if Windows built is newer than 2004. If I install physical machine with 21H2, it works. If I install VM with 2004 it works. If I try to install and enroll VM with 21H1 or 21H2, it fails with this error.

    By default, VM is added with 1 vCPU. I added another one, and it helped. Seems like solution.
