AZ-900 Certification Download

Question

I have given the AZ-900 exam on 13th March 2022 and cleared the exam. But I am not able to see the certificate and score card as well.

When clicking on the View Certificates link in the dashboard, a blank page loads.
https://mcptnc.microsoft.com/certificate

Can you please help me download the certificate?
