Hello

If we have Exchange 2016 with DAG in one datacenter and we have requested to extend the DAG to another location and that location has different subnet , what is the concern and consideration to be taken.

what is the steps to extend the dag and consider the new subnet in the second datacenter?

Depends:
If you are using an IPLess DAG cluster and a single network as recommended, then all you need to do is add the Mailbox Servers to the existing DAG.

If however you are using an IP-enabled DAG cluster, you will need to add an unique IP on the new subnet to the cluster object and add to DNS

If you are using two NICS ) one for replication and one for MAPI, then you will need to account for that as well.
