Azure Bastion deployment inconsistent

When we deploy Azure Bastion via our pipeline it sometimes failes.
This is the error message we can see in the deployments overview:

This problem does randomly occur but it's quiet often.
It is happening since about 2 weeks and we did not do any changes in the Bastion ARM-Template.

Is this an Azure related problem or do we need to update our Bastion ARM-Template because there where changes recently?
Region is West Europe.

    I see the internal issue regarding Bastion deployment in West Europe is now resolved. Can you please try the deployment again and let me know if the issue now resolved or not? Thank you!
