Atualização "PERMANENTE" WindowsUpdate (Windows 11)

Question

Estou com dificuldades com uma atualização de segurança do Windows 11 do WindowsUpdate, tenho uma máquina onde nela está instalado um sistema de gestão empresarial, onde realizo as impressões de notas, recibos..., quando meu sistema operacional era Windows 10 o sistema instalava atualizações e eu conseguia desinstalar essa atualização normalmente (pois essas atualizações de segurança faziam que meu sistema demorasse para mandar uma impressão), e com isso voltava a funcionar normalmente. Só que depois que fiz a atualização para o Windows 11, teve uma atualização de segurança que quando fui desinstalar, nela não tem a opção de desinstalar e quando tento pelo cmd, da como atualização permanente no sistema e que não é possível remove-la. Gostaria de saber se teria como eu estar trocando a opção de permanente para removível ou estar removendo ela por algum passo a passo sem estar voltando para o sistema Windows 10 e mantendo o 11.

What is the KB number which you want to uninstall? Please refer to the below screenshot to confirm the KB number if you don't know. Please ignore it if you have already known it.

In fact, we could not remove the Latest Cumulative due to the latest servicing stack update (SSU) for your operating system has been integrated into the latest Cumulative Update by the previous method. But we could run the DISM command to remove it(But it is not recommended). Please follow this link to remove the security update. Note that the link is not from MS, just for your reference. We could refer to the part 2 to remove the LCU. I have already tested it in my lab and it worked for me. Here are the screenshots for you:
