File server 2012 permission

Hi,

my fileserver was down last 2 years now when power it on lost trust relationship. now problem is if i disjoin and join back i will loss folder permission.

is there way to restore trust relationship?
or what other option available to restore file & folder permission

    It shouldn't be a problem to rejoin the same domain.
