MQL convert to new opportunity with problem

Question

I have a question. I uploaded a MQL to CRM. After the Account Manager contacted with the customer, then he converted the MQL to a new opportunity. But this OPP disappeared. I can't find it both in leads or in OPP. Could you please help on it?
