Do devices listed as 'Can be onboarded' have an impact on the Secure Score or the Exposure Score?

Devices within the Device inventory have an onboarding status, which is either: Onboarded, Can be onboarded, Unsupported or Insufficient info. Do devices listed as anything other than 'Onboarded' impact the Secure Score or the Exposure Score?
