Overlapping Ribbon Icons and loss of Ribbon Function

Question

I am seeing an increasing amount of Ribbon related problems on Microsoft Word and Outlook on a variety of machines as per the included image. Dominant operating System is Windows 10, sub category Pro and Home, and a variety of machine; Lenovo, Dell, Huawei, HP! I have tried a full windows reload, update of graphics drivers and a view reset on Word and Outlook without any improvement.

Any idea where I can poke and prod some more for a solution?

What version of Office are you using? Please go to File- Account and provide the detail version number here:

Did you install any third add-ins or applications in PC?
Does this problem occur every time or occasionally?
I suggest you install the latest updates for Office and Windows.
Disable add-ins, antivirus software, or you can perform a clean boot:
