@Juan Carlos Fallas You'll need to purchase a new reservation for Isolated v2 instances. The reservations you have for your current App Service Environment does not apply to ASEv3 because ASEv3 uses a different SKU (Isolated v2 is used by ASEv3 while Isolated is used by ASEv2).

will the retirement and migration affect also applications deployed under default app service pricing plans (i.e. Basic B1, B2 B3, Standard S1, S2, S3, ...)? I didn't find out which environment version they use and the migration documentation mentions only premium plans.

@Petr Hoffman Retirement only affects Isolated (ASEv2) and Premium (ASEv1) plans. Basic, Standard, Premium v2, Premium v3, etc. are not impacted.

I have a couple of app services running under an App Service Plan (P3v2: 3). I assume it is app service environment v2. If so, do I have to migrate them to v3 prior to August 2024? Or can I just scale out to Premium v3 P2V3 instead?
@Safaverdi, Nushin P3v2 is from Premium v2 family which is not App Service Environment. So there is no action needed for your P3v2 plans. App Service Environment uses the Isolated family.
As a side note, I would recommend looking into moving your Premium v2 to Premium v3 though as Premium v3 is our latest offering, runs on improved hardware, and is generally more performant than previous versions.

@Safaverdi, Nushin You can just scale up to it using the "Scale up" blade in the portal for example or the CLI.

does this retirement also include the App Service Premium Plan V1 & V2? For example P1V2? or is it only about App Service Environments also the isolated Plans?

@Hossein Rostamiraeini This is just for the Isolated plan. There are no plans to retire Premium v1 or v2 plans.

if we left with some of ASE with V1/V2. will apps on them will no longer be running. will they stop working?
After August 31, 2024, you should expect service disruptions and eventual app outages as we begin to decommission the infrastructure these resources are built on. You should migrate as soon as possible to avoid these disruptions.

Hi @Jordan Selig and @SnehaAgrawal-MSFT , We are using ASEv2. Is there any way we can get extended support? We have 4 ASEs, each with 100 app services. We want to slowly migrate them to App Services Multitenant. Can we have support from Microsoft for ASEv2, and is it possible to extend the deletion date for our ASEv2?
