Only PremiumContainer SKU needs to be migrated because it is a 'preview' SKU. The rest of the Premium SKUs are not affected. So, it does not affect the Premium V2 SKU (in your case).
To verify whether or not your app service is using PremiumContainer SKU, you can run az appservice plan list --query "[?sku.tier=='PremiumContainer']" or use the REST API GET https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/providers/Microsoft.Web/serverfarms?api-version=2021-02-01 and check Tier under SkuDescription.
