    Could you please help me to understand your scenario here? are you trying to upload custom certificate for SAML signing purpose in Azure AD and getting error? can you please share screenshot of error that you are getting. If you are trying to upload a custom certificate then ensure "you upload a certificate with the private key, the type of this file should be .pfx and using RSA for the encryption ".
