SharePoint Online site collection cloning or backup/restore options

Question

Hi SharePoint Admins/Experts,

What options (preferably free or less expensive) do we have for cloning a Site Collection or Backup/Restore operations in SharePoint Online?

For on-prem SharePoint, we could just RDP into the WFE and backup/restore a SC easily but what are the options in SPOnline?

As an extension to the above Q,
what are the best SharePoint Online Management tools (I assume these would be only 3rd party) do we have available which might include this Backup/Restore feature (and probably many more like bulk permissions management)?

Unfortunately, SharePoint does not offer such an easy method of duplication. However, there are a few workarounds to help you move site contents to another site. Follow through for more information on how you can duplicate SharePoint Online sites.

1.Duplicate using “Save site as template”
2.Use page templates to manually import site contents across
3.Use third-party tools to duplicate a SharePoint site
