Certificate tab error

when i open my certicate tab i get the following error :
Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support.

Please help me reolve this error

    Since you have posted the question on Azure-WebApps tag, just to confirm, are you leveraging Azure App Service WebApp and referring to App Service Certificates?

    If your ask is related to Azure Certifications:
