Cloudshell issues

Hi. We have been having issues with Cloudshell. Unable to request a terminal. Is there a solution?

Hi @Amelia DeJager

I had the same issue and I found the following helpful:

Press F12 - go to developer mode (console)
You can see there ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
visit that link and click in your browser: "Proceed to *.westeurope.console.azure.com (unsafe)"
you get error (it's OK)
Return back to Azure and close and open terminal
