UnsupportedContent when reading PDFs

Hello,

I'm using the "General Document" to read PDF tables and content.

It works well, but with some PDF files, I get the error:

UnsupportedContent
Content is not supported: Bad or unrecognizable request binary file or Json.
apim-request-id: 2f89b7d7-76c6-41d4-a6d3-21ecb884b352

Although the PDF has nothing different from the others.
I've tried with other models, but the problem persists.

Why is this happening and what can I do to fix the problem?
