Are there restrictions for GCC-H IT MSP support?

Question

Can I purchase our GCC-H licenses and establish the environment with a Microsoft GCC-H vendor and then use a MSP that is only certified to sell GCC licenses as my outsourced IT techs?

As a DoD Contractor with a company GCC-H environment, do our IT managed service providers need to be MCP certified for GCC-H or can we use MSPs that are only certified for GCC environments?

Looking to confirm if we can use an IT MSP for sustaining our cloud environment even though they are only certified to sell GCC licensing.
