Auto populate Text box from Excel Spreadsheet

Hello,

I have created a template of a network diagram we use to provide customers with the overall design. However each deployment has slightly different information (Site ID, VLANs, Address, etc.) I have been trying to find a way to auto populate certain fields and/or text boxes with the appropriate information. We would pull the information into an Excel spread sheet, however everything I am finding explains how to create flow charts, which has provided little help.

Is this something that can even be accomplished in Visio and/or Excel. Please let me know.

Thanks!

    Hi @Frank Bianchi

Please chcek whether the following articles are helpful,
"Import data to shapes in your drawing"
"Importing data into Visio, an overview"

Besides, you can try to find the help from VBA code for this automated operation, then I would suggest you add the related tag "office-vba-dev".
    Thanks for your understanding.
