Mapping of personal email ID to Microsoft Alias for Pearson account discount

Hello Team

I used Pearson for my previous certifications AZ900 and M365 ones in 2020. I want to take the exam of DP900 and when I tried to register for it via Pearson, i was asked to create a new account. Which I did but when I am registering for discount with microsoft credentials, I am getting message that " you have already linked your Microsoft employee profile with another Certification profile".

I contacted Pearson customer care and they are suggesting that my account details should be sorted by someone in Microsoft team only. Can you please help as I don't want to pay for the certification which is free of cost for us.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
