This doesn't work for 2 resons....is there another solution?

    1. There's no longer an Advanced Management Portal button in the App Service Domain plane

    1. CloudFlare REQUIRES the first two Name Servers to be theirs before you can start a domain transfer but Azure does not allow their Name Servers to be removed. You can append to the end but they are NS 5 and 6 which CloudFlare does not accept.

@DanielBendk-4957 , App Service Domains use GoDaddy for domain registration and Azure DNS to host the domains. In addition to the yearly domain registration fee, usage charges for Azure DNS apply. Transferring domain to another registered domain should be possible through advanced management portal,

The "advanced management portal" is gone, because Azure migrated its domain services behind the scene. Now you need to go to https://dcc.secureserver.net/domains . More details can found in https://serverfault.com/questions/1119663/transfer-domain-and-dns-from-azure-to-cloudflare
