The GPO with the registry changes is being applied (tested/confirmed with gpresult) on multiple workstations but the settings for Outlook are not being updated as per the GPO.

    Hi @David Mitchell ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Do you mean that registry keys doesn’t work or you can't apply this registry key to 1800 users?

Based on my test on Outlook 365 client, I can disable the option successfully by registry or GPO. How did you apply the registry? Please refer to the steps:
If the Registery key issnt availible than you have to make one.

    Please follow these steps:

Open Regedit > go to HKCU\software\policies\microsoft\office\16.0\outlook\preferences

If the folder exist than Click right mouse on the folder preferences > New > DWORD 32bit

    The value name is ShowAutoSug

Click right mouse on the DWORD > Modify > check if Value data = 0
