Windows 10 Pro (x64)
Your Phone app installed and Android phone connected

Samsung zFold3
Link to Windows enabled and connected to above PC system

On PC Your Phone shows some of the pictures on the Android but is stuck on same, newer pictures not showing up but refresh data/time is current

On Android phone, al pictures are in memory at "images" in "my Files"

Why not transferring. It did before.

To test, I deleted the Android phone in Your Phone and re-added it. Same pictures. Messages & notifications are fine.

I have dug further into this issue. The phone is a Samsung zFold3. When I open "Gallery" on the phone, all pictures show. In Phone Link on my PC, only a few show and they stay the same at each reset.

I opened "My Files" on the phone and I see in Categories->Images all my photos. But I also see in internal storage, DCIM, where in the past the photos were stored. The photos in the DCIM->Camera folder are what appear in Your Phone on the PC. (But not all my photos, they are also shown in Categories->Images).

There is one other folder in the phone, "Pictures" that also hold photos that do not appear in Your Phone.

I checked photo storage on my wife's Samsung (differnet model) and all her photos are in DCIM

It appears that Samsung has changed the locations of photos on this new phone and Your Phone cannot locate them.

    Please advise

I can USB access the phones locations.

I just installed "Your Phone" on my wife's Window 10 Pro system. The i "Link to Windows" on her Samsung Galaxy 9 phone. After pairing, all her photos on the phone appeared in Your Phone Photos.

It must be the Samsung zFold3 change of pictures folder that is causing my failure to see in "Your Pone" on my system, yes?
