Create File Requests using OneDrive API

I've been looking at the OneDrive API docs but unable to find information on a very simple use case, that is creating File requests using the API in the following way:

Create a File Request > Get URL

I want different folders to be created for every file request inside a particular directory, say "Uploads".

So, it would be Request 1: Uploads/23423BV, Request 2: Uploads/2321555YU.... and so on.

After a certain time, use the API to delete that File Request (along with the URL and the folder where files are stored).

I can't imagine this not being possible as that's the whole point of using APIs for OneDrive Business, the question is how.
