Cannot do a Test Failover

Hello, when i'm trying to do a test-failover VM from on-premise Hyper-V to Azure, i'm getting an error shown below:

Sometimes is just a black screen without error. Thanks in advance.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this must have caused!

    We had an issue where 'Test failover' blade was failing to load in Portal. This occurred because backend service was taking more time than expected to provide the recovery points and a recent change caused Portal framework to reject these time taking requests.

    Hotfix deployed to all regions. We started receiving emails from impacted users that the issue is resolved now and everything is working as expected.
