i need to sync my 2 calendars of my 2 accounts in outlook, is that possible?

Welcome to our forum!

Do you see the calendars of two accounts in one calendar at the same time?

If so, it's suggested that you could export calendar of one of the accounts, and then import to the calendar of another account. And I noticed that in the title of your case, you mentioned "duplicate Appointments", so it's suggested that you could choose "Do not import duplicates" as shown in the below figure when you try to import calendar to another account.

About exporting and importing, please refer to:
Export or backup email, contacts, and calendar to an Outlook .pst file
Import email, contacts, and calendar from an Outlook .pst file

The above method is to only import the existing Calendar items into another account. If If you have an Exchange, Microsoft 365, or Outlook.com account and you want to view the calendar of another account in real time, it's suggested that you could try to share the calendar between the two accounts.

Thank you ChristyZhang and thank you for answering, but, my need is to have 2 synchronized calendars, in real time, when I get a meeting for example today at 15: 00/16: 00 on user 1, in the calendar of user 2 I have to find the same request. This is because, being the accounts of 2 different domains, I have the opportunity to show my unavailability in both companies from 15:00 to 16:00. I hope I have explained

If so, there is no such way to merge calendars of two accounts in Outlook. As a workaround, we can set rules to forward the meeting invitation of one account A to another account B(via File>Info>Manage Rules & Alerts>New rule…>Apply rule on messages I receive), so that the calendar on account A will be displayed on account B, so that you can easily view your free and busy time.
