Renaming UWP application in the store.

Hello,

We tried to rename UWP published application in the store using this guide:
https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/appconsult/2018/10/10/rename-a-published-app/

But that did not work. We cannot delete the previous reserved name...

What are we doing wrong?

    I'm not sure where you find the blog but I suggest you try the steps here: Rename an app that has already been published.

    Another thing is that currently, Microsoft Q&A only supports topics on the right side. Your question is more related to the Dev Center. It would be better to ask here: Publishing Windows Store apps Forum.
