Hi,
After having a certificate expire and subsequently deleted, we are trying to rerun the HCW on Exchange 2016 CU16. It is always getting stuck at the "Adding Federated Domain..." sections.
It finds the matching TXT record fine.
In the log we get the following error:
Results=PowerShell failed to invoke 'Set-FederatedOrganizationIdentifier': An error occurred while attempting to provision Exchange to the Partner STS. Detailed Information "An error occurred accessing Windows Live. Detailed information: "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.".".
We have created the "SystemConfigurationTasks.Overrides.ini" to prevent it looking at cached details with no success.
A call was logged with MS 365. They said the domains are not blocked but are unable to provide further assistance.
The clock on the server is correct.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Regards
Dave
