Plain Text email appeared as a blank email

Hi,

I have a few users that when receiving an email in plain text format, the email is completely blank, however if you run outlook in safe the email appears normally the same thing happens on OWA, outlook application is up to date and we are running the following version.

I changed the color & font in (composing and reading plain text,) but still same problem

any help will be very much appreciated

From your description, running in safe mode fixes it, so the problem is likely with one of your add-ins. You'll need to disable all of your add-ins before restarting Outlook.
Go to File > Options > Add-ins.
Make sure the Manage box shows COM Add-ins, and then choose Go.

Manually disable your add-in to find out the source of error according to this article.
